Kulkul 

A traveling passport for a a man and his son,  who where shelling laces in other parts of the country.  The pasport is given by the magistrate of Rauma year 1807.

A resolution from year 1722, given by the Swedish king, who was the king of Finland too.On point 2 it is said, that it is forbidden to weare laces, wich are more than 3 fingers bread.The resolution also forbid other fashionable clothes and materials, which are seen as luxury.
