1.-Basic movement

Crossing - consists of passing the inner bobbin of
the lef-hand pair over the inner bobbin of the right-hand pair.
This movement therefore always requires both hands and two pairs
of bobbin.
Twisting - is the process of passing the right-hand
bobbin of each pair over the left-hand bobbin of the same pair.This
movement is always done with one hand.
2.-Single plait

3.-Hanging on pairs - Cloth stitch

4.-Cloth stitch, pin inside two pairs

5.-Cloth stitch and twist

6.-Change from cloth stitch and twist to cloth stitch
Change from cloth stitch to plait
Throwing out pairs in cloth stitch and in a plait
